Our Goal:
To create a Modular Home factory and a full field Construction Company where all employees are Veteran’s. The manufacturing floor will be accessible for disabled veterans. We will employ veterans as well as develop affordable housing for veterans and be a part of the construction of housing for homeless veterans in Southern New Jersey. This project is in its infancy. Rapid Achievement Program
From active duty deployment to Professional Sales and Management.
We are transitioning returning veterans through a three tiered approach.
- Vets receive intense sales and management training in the Sandler System.
- They also receive life coaching to reassert personal goals and priorities.
- Then they enter the Employment referral Program designed to get them professional employment and begin building a professional business portfolio.
