Rapid Achievement
Rapid Achievement Program
The Rapid Achievement Program is a three part approach to making the transition from military life to successful civilian life. In the military, veterans had a structured life, with rules and a chain of command. They knew what was expected, and they knew the time frame to complete a task. The ability to act decisively and quickly meant they stayed alive.
At home, things are different. Many are coming back without a job waiting. They lack the structure and camaraderie of the military but still have the responsibility and stress of taking care of themselves and their family without the safety net of the group. We integrate behavior, goals and accountability into a program that mimics that safety net.
We understand and developed a program to with Veteran needs in mind
Step one, a veteran signs up either for classes with Sandler Training or counseling with Kim Beck. They are interviewed and a dossier is started on them that chronicles their progress.
Step two, if they have not started training with Sandler Training, it begins now; and if they have not begun working with the Kim Beck Group it begins now.
Step three, after completion of certain milestones in the Sandler Training program, they are entered into the Veteran Referral Program where companies that have signed on looking to hire professional sales or departmental managers will review the pool of veteran candidates for hire, interview them and if they meet the company requirements be hired. Understand that even after they have become successfully employed Sandler Training will continue to work with the veterans to sharpen their skills. There is no time limit for completion. Veterans will have the ability to reach milestones at the pace that they are comfortable with. Success is achieved through positive reinforcement
